By accessing this website, purchasing tickets, or attending a MINIRAVES event, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions. MINIRAVES reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
Attendance at MINIRAVES events is at your own risk. While every effort is made to create a safe, inclusive, and family-friendly environment, MINIRAVES are not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage except where required by Australian law. Parents and guardians are fully responsible for the supervision and wellbeing of the children in their care.
Intellectual Property & Copyright Notice
All content used in relation to the MINIRAVES event, including character likenesses, names, music, and imagery, are the intellectual property of their respective copyright holders. MINIRAVES is a fan-based event that draws creative inspiration from pop culture. No official endorsement or affiliation is claimed unless otherwise stated. All rights reserved.
MINIRAVES is an independently produced event and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any official K-pop groups or the creators of K-Pop Demon Hunters. All trademarks, logos, characters, and music referenced remain the property of their respective owners.
Photography & Videography Notice
By attending MINIRAVES, you agree that photos and videos may be taken by our official media team throughout the event. These may be used for future MINIRAVES promotions, social media, and marketing content.
Parents and guardians, by purchasing a ticket, you consent on behalf of any children in your care to this filming and photography.
If you prefer for you or your child not to be included in photos or videos, just let our team know at the Information Booth on the day — we’ll make sure our photographers are aware.
By purchasing a ticket, attending an event, or using our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Event Organiser
• These Terms & Conditions apply to all MINIRAVES events, including themed editions and any future themed events we may host.

2. Tickets & Entry
• All attendees require a valid ticket.
• Babies are free if carried in a sling or baby carrier.
• Children under 15 must hold a Child Ticket. Attendees aged 15+ require an Adult Ticket.
• All children must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Adults must be accompanied by a child.
• Tickets are available online only via Megatix and must be purchased in advance. Door sales are not guaranteed.
• Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable, except where required by Australian Consumer Law.
• Companion Cards are accepted. Please contact us in advance for arrangements.
• Beware of fake or resold tickets — only tickets purchased via official channels are valid.
Tickets, Event Changes & Access
All tickets are issued subject to the terms and conditions of the event organiser and the venue.
The event organiser reserves the right, at their reasonable discretion, to make changes to the event where required. This may include, but is not limited to:
• ticket types or allocations
• venue layout or access to certain areas
• event format, features, or production elements
• session times or scheduling
Changes may be necessary due to operational, safety, capacity, production, or venue requirements.
Tickets do not guarantee access to specific areas, features, or experiences unless expressly stated at the time of purchase. Access to certain areas may be restricted, modified, or removed at the discretion of the event organiser or venue.
For family and child-focused events, decisions may be made at short notice to ensure the safety, comfort, and overall experience of all attendees. These decisions are final and made in the best interest of the event.

3. Token System
• Many kids’ activities are free (such as games, inflatables, and photo zones).
• Premium services such as face painting and hair braiding require tokens.
• Tokens can be purchased at the designated Token Stand on event day at standard rates.
• Tokens can be pre-purchased online with your tickets at a discounted rate and redeemed at the Token Stand on arrival.
• Pre-purchased tokens may also be bundled with VIP Showbags and other exclusives.
• Tokens are non-refundable but can be used for any paid service during the event.
• This system helps us manage staffing, reduce wait times, and make your experience smoother.

4. Venue Rules
• MINIRAVES events are held at premium, centrally located venues (e.g. The Court Hotel in Perth, The Greenwood Hotel in Sydney).
• Venues are licensed and alcohol may be available for adults in line with RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol).
• MINIRAVES is a family-focused event. Antisocial, unsafe, or intoxicated behaviour will not be tolerated.
• All venues are pram- and wheelchair-accessible, with limited baby change facilities.

5. Safety & Conduct
• Noise levels are kept family-friendly, but we recommend earmuffs or headphones for young children.
• Certified First Aid Officers will be onsite throughout every event.
• Our staff follow a clear Lost Child Procedure to ensure quick response in the unlikely event of separation.
• Strobe lighting is not used. Visual effects may include bubbles, confetti, balloon drops, and themed décor.

6. Photography & Media
• By attending a MINIRAVES event, you consent to being filmed and photographed. Content may be used for promotional purposes.
• If you do not wish to appear in photos or videos, please notify staff at the entrance.

7. Cancellation or Postponement
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, ticket holders will be notified via email and social media.
• Refunds or transfers will be provided in line with Australian Consumer Law.
