TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

1. Promoter

 

The promoter of this giveaway is MINIRAVES (“Promoter”), in collaboration with Festigo Travel (“Travel Partner”).

 

2. Eligibility

• Entry is open worldwide to individuals aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.

• Entrants must be a parent or legal guardian.

• It is the entrant’s responsibility to ensure they and their family are able to travel internationally and comply with all passport, visa, health, and entry requirements for Indonesia.

 

3. Entry Period

• The giveaway opens on the date the official competition post is published on MINIRAVES’ social media channels (Instagram and/or Facebook).

• Entries close at 11:59pm (Promoter’s local time) on 4 March 2026.

• The winner will be announced on 5 March 2026.

 

4. How to Enter

 

To be in the draw, participants must:

• Tag one or more families they would share the experience with in the comments of the official competition post.

 

Participants may receive one (1) additional entry by sharing the competition Reel or post to their Instagram or Facebook story (optional).

 

Multiple entries are permitted. Entries that are spam-based, misleading, generated by bots, or submitted via fake or duplicate accounts may be disqualified at the discretion of the Promoter.

 

5. Prize Details

 

One (1) family will be randomly selected to receive the Ultimate MINIRAVES Bali Family Experience, which includes:

 

MINIRAVES BALI – EVENT EXPERIENCE

• Exclusive VIP Pool Booth at MINIRAVES Bali

• Three (3) Family Passes (each Family Pass admits 2 adults + 2 children)

• Food and beverage voucher valued at IDR 4,500,000

• MINIRAVES showbags for children

 

ACCOMMODATION

• One (1) night accommodation at ALOFT Seminyak

• Two (2) rooms included

• Hotel is within walking distance of Café del Mar Bali

 

6. Prize Conditions

• The prize is not transferable, not redeemable for cash, and cannot be exchanged.

• Flights, airport transfers, visas, travel insurance, additional accommodation, meals outside the stated inclusions, and incidental expenses are not included and are the responsibility of the winner.

• Festigo Travel may assist with travel planning; however, travel services beyond the stated inclusions are not part of the prize unless expressly confirmed in writing.

• The prize must be used in connection with the MINIRAVES Bali event scheduled for Sunday 5 April 2026, unless otherwise determined by the Promoter.

• All prize components are subject to availability and the terms and conditions of third-party venues, hotels, and service providers.

 

7. Event Changes

 

Neither the Promoter nor Festigo Travel shall be liable for cancellation, postponement, modification, or inability to deliver any part of the prize due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to weather events, government restrictions, venue changes, travel disruptions, health or safety concerns, or operational issues.

 

If required, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute prize components with items of equal or similar value or cancel the giveaway without liability.

 

8. Assumption of Risk & Liability

 

Participation in the giveaway and attendance at the MINIRAVES Bali event is at the winner’s own risk.

To the extent permitted by law, neither the Promoter nor Festigo Travel shall be responsible for any loss, injury, illness, damage, or harm suffered by the winner or accompanying guests during travel, accommodation, or event attendance.

 

9. Winner Selection & Notification

• The winner will be randomly selected from all valid entries.

• The winner will be announced on 5 March 2026 via MINIRAVES’ official Instagram and/or Facebook pages and contacted via direct message.

• If the winner does not respond within 72 hours, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize.

 

10. Publicity

 

By entering, the winner agrees that the Promoter may use their name, social media handle, likeness, images, and shared content for promotional and marketing purposes related to this giveaway and future MINIRAVES promotions, without additional compensation.

 

11. Privacy

 

Personal information collected will be used solely for the purpose of administering this giveaway and may be shared with Festigo Travel only where necessary to fulfil the prize. Information will not be sold to third parties.

 

12. Meta Platforms Disclaimer

 

This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, or Meta Platforms, Inc.

 

By entering, participants release Instagram, Facebook, and Meta Platforms, Inc. from any responsibility related to this promotion.

 

13. General

• The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any entrant who breaches these Terms & Conditions or engages in conduct that may damage the reputation or goodwill of MINIRAVES, Festigo Travel, or associated partners.

• The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
